Starry Night Pro 7 Installation Problems

    I recently tried to upgrade from Starry Night Orion Special edition to Starry Night Pro 7. 

    I have downloaded the file and it doesn't work.  That is I paid for the program and it will not install.  I have submitted a support ticket and I am still eagerly waiting for an answer. 

    I also searched the FAQ's and technical problems.  I updated Windows so there are no more updates available (I have them all installed).  I have also updated Java and my graphic cards.

    I still have no luck installing Starry Night Pro 7.  The payment has cleared through my bank.  So there are no payment issues. 

    I am running Windows 7 Home Edition.  I have tried every installation method I can think of, full to the hard drive, minimal etc.  Nothing works. 

    The first issue is that I am having problems installing the software AFTER payment.  The second issue, and far more annoying, is that no one is responding to my question.  I am sorry to get a bit blunt about it, but can someone please take the time to help ensure I either have this software working on my PC.  Thank you.

      I have Starry Night 7 loaded on my laptop. When I first purchased the product, I also tried to load the program on my new Desktop. At the time, I decided not to activate it on my Desktop since there appeared to be some issues with my Hi-Res video card on my Desktop. I recently decided to try reloading Starry Night 7 on my Desktop, and successfully did! The problem is, when I enter my "ownership information" including the "password" it doesn't open the program, nor provides a message that it was incorrect information. Please Advise! :)
