QuickTime 7.7.8 seems to be plagued with problems on Windows 10 but 7.7.6 works according to our tests. You can manually install QuickTime 7.7.6 from here:

1. Go to Control Panel---> Add/Remove Programs--->uninstall quicktime (and anything else that is "Apple")
2. Go to https://support.apple.com/downloads/quicktime and download QT version 7.7.6
3. Install QT 7.7.6 onto your computer and retry Starry Night - right-click the Starry Night desktop icon and choose "Run as Admin".
