SkySafari 5 Pro Unresponsive and Locking Up On Android

Im getting used to the SkySafari5 pro on 3 different platforms

The one giving me the operational trouble is the LG tablet a LG-UK 495  android - is this a slow tablet?
First is when zoomed in on Moon Map beyond about a 22 arc minute by 29 arc minute screen. there is problems of lag that makes hard to use.
It will delay moving Moon with a finger or zoom -unzoom by about 4-5 seconds beyond this level of zoom.

In comparison my IOS on iPhone zooms in max with minimal lag.

Second issue is in search.also on the Android OS on the LG tablet.
When doing search, anything “Comets” or below on the searcher locks up the tablet before you can hit center. So I reset the tablet , the Moon map still very slow.

However the search function no longer crashes the app. I have not deleted the app and reinstalled yet. What you recommend?

    To summarize:

    1. The search issue with anything "Comets" is resolved after resetting the tablet?  Is that correct?

    The search issue with Comets has been resolved .No other operational issues at this time , other than very slow response when doing lunar work as described on first post.

    Apparently I had done just a soft reset, just holding down power for about 10 seconds.

    Id do a hard reset but not sure how to reload ,without paying for the SS5pro and other programs again ,android is brand new for me.

    I have not learned much about the tablet .  It may just be slow.
