Can you please add astroid 3200 Phaethon to you library? If you already have it I can't find it when I do the search option so I'm going to assume you have not added the astroid. As you probably know it will be doing a flyby earth on December 16 so it would be nice to see it in your app.

Bill Tschumy That asteroid is only in the Pro database. You need to search using either "Phaethon" or the full name "(3200) Phaethon".

Dave Wagner It showed up in the Plus database on November 30 because I viewed it, looked at where it would be for Dec 13/14 and added to my observation list. Now it's vanished from my list and doesn't show in the search.
Was it removed to force people to buy the Pro?
I bought the Plus last week because it had the size database I needed for my telescope and location.

Bill Tschumy We certainly didn't remove it purposely. Possibly the Minor Planet Center removed it rom the lists we update from. Try updating your Minor Body Orbit Data in the Solar System settings. I'm currently seeing it. However I seem to need to search for "Phaethon" to see it.

Dave Wagner @Bill That fixed it!
Thank you so much for the amazingly fast help!
I've been really impressed with SkySafari. It is so much better than any other star chart/planetarium app I've tried on the phone/iPad.
