Just downloaded and installed your released version of skysafari 6 pro.
Loaded onto Ipad Pro 10.4", 128gig ram, IOS V 11.2.1/
I cannot get SSP to display or change the horizon-sky view.
Turn ON SHow Horizon & Sky
as panoramic image
show cardinal pts
Meteor crater
SSP does NOT show any horizon demarcation.
does not show any cardianl points
Turn Off SHow Horizon & Sky
same view as above. No change
The released version is exactly the same as the last beta you tested.
Are you sure you are not in Equatorial coordinates (or some other non-Horizon coordinates). Check your Coordinates settings. We don't show the horizon unless you are in Horizon (Alt/Az) coordinates.

ok it is now working AFTER I toggled the compass state on the menu bar.
So it appears that after I first loaded your app , I could not get it to change from the “transparent” mode UNTIL I changed the state of the compass.
Now when i change “states” in the horizon &sky menu the screen changes properly.

I was in Equatorial view, so switching to Horizon worked for me. Thanks Bill.

Turning on the compass automatically puts you back into Horizon coordinates. That is why doing that fixed it for you.
