SkySafari 5 Pro Install fails around 90% on multiple devices

Will not install on Pixel phone (over 4 Gig free space) or another android tablet. Tired clearing Google Store and Service cache and data and rebooting and install still fails around 90 percent. Error code:495

  This is a Google Play error code and is not directly related to SkySafari.  If you Google for: "Google Play Error Code 495" you will fine more info about it.  In particular this link looks useful:

  Hi Scott,

   

  1.  What country are you in?

  2. Do you have location services turned on in Android settings?

  3. Are you downloading over WiFi or Data?

  Location Services are "On/High Accuracy"

   Yes I tried the steps in the link.  I have tried three different devices so it is not my "device".  I just installed another "pay" application and it installed and uninstalled just fine.

  Are you trying to download over the same wifi every time?  Have you tried another different wifi location; i.e. a Starbucks coffeeshop?
