Starry Night "will not run on your computer" message - after working fine

I have been using Starry Night (Pro Plus 7 version) for years, had some problems after upgrading to Windows 10 omnths ago, but got that sorted out fine. After many more months of running fine, since today I am suddenly getting a message from Windows when I start the program that it won't run on my computer and that I should contact the software publisher.

I've checked my Windows updates. The most recent was "Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4038806)" and I am fairly sure the program worked after that one. It defintely worked fine after all earlier updates.

Also downloaded the newest Intel 4000 graphics driver, restarted, but am still getting the same message.

Any ideas? Thanks!

    Hi Lynn,

Would you mind letting me remote your computer to have a look?

    Thanks!

Thanks. That would be fine depending on when you want to do it. I am at a remote observing location in France at the moment and will start working at the telescopes in about 1 1/2 hours - so after that, it becomes difficult. Otherwise, we will have to wait until I am back at my home location next week.
