This app is amazing. However, it seems the wifi doesn't work to connect to the telescope when you're using an android phone. It only works connecting iphones. Is this something that's being looked up?
I've been reading that the reason is that Android software disables connectivity to ad hoc wifi networks but that the hardware supports it.
Is there a solution to this?

What telescope make/model do you have?
Hi, I'm not sure what the wifi unit model is. The scope is a 24" dobsonian from my local astronomy club. They use a Meade model in SkySafari to set it up.
Anyway, we found out over the weekend that if we turn "nearby devices" on after connecting to the scope's wifi, the app connects with the scope. The only issue we found now is that when you attempt to connect more than one device to the scope, it seems they interfere with each other and the app has a hard time staying put on the object. We tried lowering the sample rate to 4 and it still had the same behavior.
Any thoughts?

I do not understand your setup. Please take a moment to fully describe all the components in your setup, specific device name/models, etc, how each it connected, etc.
