Sky Safari 5 pro has suddenly removed from my tablet. And can not be reinstalled

Sky Safari 5 pro has suddenly disappeared from my tablet. And can not be reinstalled (Play Store stopped).
I've already re-set my google account and re-paired my tablet with google.
I have no installation issues with any other app
(Galaxy Tab S2 lte - non rootet).

  Hi Gerd,

  What do you mean Play Store stopped?  If there is any error message please attach a screenshot - thanks for your patience.

  After press "Install" the message "Google Play Store wird beendet" appears. I can only confirm with ok.
  I can send a hardcopy.

  Gerd,

  Maybe this helps:

  1. Go to settings->Apps

  2. Find 'Google Play services', and clear the cache and force stop

  3. Same with 'Google Play' app

  4. Open 'Google Play' and try reinstalling SS

  Bummer.

  As a last resort, I'd try a factory reset.

  Back everything up 1st as you'll loose all data.

  A reset of my tablet is not an option. This probably does not solve the problem. I just have a lot of work and it probably will not work after that.
