    A license verification fail message is generated when there is an issue between an app the Google Play Store account using the app.

    Make sure you are logged into Google Play Store using the same account that was used to make the original app purchase.

    We, the developers of SkySafari, can't do anything about the license verification fail message.  If it persists, please contact Google Play Store support.

    That said, usually, the message goes away after 24-48 hours.

    good evening i have a problem...my Samsung galaxy 8 quit working the screen lights up but no way to use touch screen. i can not get my aps to put on my new phone...i had skysafari 6 pro. i love that app and would really like to reinstall it...please help

    All previously purchased apps are always available for download.

    I had to buy a new phone and can not recover the app from my old phone. I went to Google play and they want 54 dollars. And are wanting me to put in my card number. I don't want to by it when I already did. I am confused about how I should proceed. Thanks

    You just be logged into Google Play Store using the same account used to make the original purchase.
