I paid for Starry Night Pro Plus 8 on Monday night (April 3, 2023) and have been waiting for my registration and download instructions e-mail ever since (presently April 8, 2023, as of this initial forum posting). I submitted a support request on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, with no response as of this forum posting. Please just send me what I have paid for.
