I resolved the verification issue by deleting the Google services cache. However my in-app purchases observing lists disappeared. The in-app purchases are replaced by a button that reads Restore Purchases. However the button does not work. Solution???

We do not offer IAP purchase lists. Please explain more what this feature is that your inquiring about.
Please provide a screenshot of the Restore Purchases button.
We can figure it all out.
