Have New SN8 DL Code And It Does Not Work On My Laptop (Answer: Read On!)

I purchased a C8se and received and used DL code for SN spec ed on my DESKTOP.  ( Reg# ku8-aeb7-8606-c182-b350)  Now I purchased a AVX EQ mt and have a new code which I would like to use to install SN to my LAPTOP that I use to control scope.  However, everytime I use the DL code the process says the DL will be 400MB but when it begins downloading it says 2 GB and fails to DL.  Need help DL'g SN to laptop.  I have a terrabyte drive on both desktop and Laptop with more than 700GB available on both so that is not the problem.

  Please attach two screenshots showing:

  1. Process says the DL will be 400MB
  2. When it begins downloading it says 2 GB and fails to DL

  First of all I am not near the laptop that I want to download SN8 to and won’t be for several more days. 2nd, how do I DL screen shoots of something in the upper right corner of my bowser that has to be opened  to even see it?  Trust me, I do see this these things ( although if memory serves me, it was not exactly 400 Mb) but the 2 Gb was correct.  You should know what amount of MB’s your program is anyway.  Please just allow me to use the code provided and DL to my laptop, it shouldn’t be that difficult.  Thanks

  JES    PS:  I gave you the registration number I have for the telescope and the code is 88**w3 for the AVX mount.

  Please try the download again.

  The installer is approximately 1.6 to 1.7 GB.
