Why Does Date Picker Not Work In Observation On iOS? (Answer: Light Mode Vs Dark Mode Bug - Read On!)

When I try to change the date of an Observation on the iPad/iPhone versions of SkySafari 6 Pro, the date picker that comes up is unreadable.

    I have discovered that this only happens in Light mode and does not happen in Dark mode (system).
