Starry Night 8 Will not install on 2 different (Alien and Asus) Windows 11 computers. In each case it says the Windows Installer can not be found.

I have Starry Night sucessfully installed on an old Alien Windows 11 computer.   I just bought the Celestron Bundle $1099) that includes a new and eperately licensed version of Starry Night Pro Plus.  I have tried to install on a newer Alien M15 and then a new Asus ROB Stryx - both with the latest Windows 11 updates.   In each case - on two diferent systems, while I can download the .EXE installtion file, it fails to install on both machines with error that WIndows Installer can not be found.   If I close that, the installer then jumps over to the AECOM controller installation and stalls (on both machines) half through.   Just stops, not error message.

Help!!!!   New Scope comes today.

    Likely, the Starry Night installer failed to completely download.  In your downloads folder, take a screenshot of the .exe file, showing the file size.
