SkySafari 7 Pro Frequent Re-Installs Necessary - Help Please

It seems like if I wait more than a few days between starting SkySafari Pro sessions, I begin getting "SkySafari 7 Pro Not Responding" messages followed by "Quit Application" or "Wait". No amount of waiting or restarting the App resolves the issue. The only thing that works is an uninstall/re-install, at which point I lose everything that I had set up (settings, FOV Indicators, Star and galaxy catalog downloads, etc.). I'm running on an Android tablet with Android ver 13. Is there any way to fix this or at least to backup my settings? Thanks.

    As far as backing up your settings there is a solution. Menu>Settings>(User Data) Storage>(Cloud Storage) Backup My Data To Cloud Storage.

    The issue with SS7 on Android 13 is known, developers are working on a fix.

    To backup your data please use SkySafari 7 Pro > Settings > LiveSky 

    LiveSky will sync all your settings anytime you (re)install and sign into LiveSky again.

    Does SkySafari 6 Pro have the same issues with Android 13? Is there a downgrade path? The frequency with which the issue pops up makes version 7 unusable for me.

    Please create a screen recording of the issue with the SS7 app crashing, not responding, the error messages, etc.

    In the recording include the software specs and device info.

    Share a link to the screen recording using DropBox or similar file sharing service.

    Developers are working on the issue, but it will would be helpful to see exactly what is happening on your device specifically.

    I don't SS6 is available in the Play Store anymore, but you can search for it, and should work as it is a different code base.
