[Scope Control]* SkySafari 7 Pro Buttons Stick When Slewing Scope (Answer: Fix Coming Soon)

Greetings -

I purchased SkySafari 7 Pro (7.3.1 (1103) During your sale.  I'm using it on an iPhone 12 iOS version 17.1.2, to control a Celestron 8SE via wifi.

I've found the left/right buttons are fine, but the up/down buttons will stick when pressed longer than just a brief press.  You can unstick the button by pressing it again, but this is very frustrating when trying to calibrate my StarSense Auto Align.  It causes me to slew the target past the center of the FOV, and I have to redo the calibration.  I've seen this issue reported on Cloudy Nights.  Is this an open issue being worked on?

    Hi David,

    I have experienced sticky buttons as well and from what I remember, dev is aware of the issue. I recently found this topic in another thread somewhere in this community forum, but the holiday celebrations seem to have fogged my memory somewhat. 8^)

    Same issue for me with 8se and SkyPortal Wifi. Very frustrating and is making it unusable for alignment. The skyportal app does not exhibit the same behaviour.

    Well, I think soon has come and gone. Buttons are still staying activated causing the runaway slew for the mount.
