when I try to start Starry Night Pro Plus version 8 it does not fully come up. It is shows the title and menu bars, and Explore window on the right, but the main window is white and the blue spinning circle keeps spinning forever. I have Windows 11 and a new graphics card that the system assembler says has the latest drivers
