Order # 8093. During download of enthusiast 6, a storm in the Orlando, FL area cause a very brief loss of power which caused my computer to go off-line. It interrupted the download. I was unable to re-enter the download w/o making a new purchase. I need to be able to download and am leaving on a 2-month lecture tour on Monday April 23, 2012. Need instructions to re-start the enthusiast 6 download.

When you purchase a downloadable version of Starry Night software you will receive an email called "Registration and Download Details". The email is sent to the address used for the purchase. If you did not receive the email please check you junk/spam folder (as it can be lost in there). In your case, I have replied to your ticket and also included the download links and registration information in my reply. Please let me know that my replies, both here, and to your ticket, are being received.
