How do I download an update?

The automatic update feature has NEVER worked since the day we purchased Starry Night College 6. It has been so long, I don't remember how I found the update file and downloaded it manually a year ago. This is very frustrating as we have new computers in our lab and I would like to have the latest version installed. In future versions, you should eliminate the auto-update feature if it's never going to work.

  I'm happy to remote one of your computers to explore the updating issue.  Though, if your computers are running on a school network, behind firewall, etc, that might explain the difficulty.  Still, i'm happy to look at it.  Just let me know.
