my date format doesn't look correct (please check attached)

  I found that my reg setting are in " Greek" when i change to US is working fine. But is there any way not to change my settings?

  I mean that when my regional settings ( control panel ) are in Greek i have the wrong reading( see first attachment- on top ) whn i change to US format is ok
