mnpd3 Forget it. Having to pay twice for the software you've already bought is still standard practice years later. You are not about to get what you've already paid for transferred to a new computer... ain't happening. Either forget it as I did, or pay again for the same thing you've already bought. The company will send you a "retrieve" email and you can use that to re-download your purchase, but that new download will never work. I got gray hair trying to get mine to work until I realized that it was never intended to work.
