Upgrading from Digital Download 6.3.5 to Version 7.

I have just purchased a new Intel 7, 16GBRam, Win8.1 Desktop and want to upgrade my Ver 6.3.5 software which was running on an old WinXP desktop.


I have looked at the V7 upgrade page and understand that they state that these are Upgrade downloads. Do I have to install 6.3.5 on the new desktop before I upgrade to V 7 or is the 'new' V7 upgrade a full and 'New' download that will run without 6.3.5 being present? I do have my original license file for reference.

  Hello Mike -

  The Version 7 upgrade will be a full and standalone product, so you will not need V6 on your computer in order to upgrade. However, you do need your old registration number to enjoy upgrade pricing.
