Install software on my Mac

I had a Pro version of your product on my Win7 laptop and it worked great... until my laptop died.  I now have a MacBookPro (MBP) and would like to install the program on this new laptop.  I do I proceed?  Ii purchase the CD and I have that - version 6.3.  Do I simply install this on my MBP?
