why does pro plus 7 crash after the log on screen?

After you log on,  the program stops running when the Open GL starts and how can I stop that. I did all the steps they call for but it still doesn't function. What kind of graphics do I need. I have the Intel Mobile 4 express chip set on my laptop.

  After I put in my location, the program crashes and shuts down. Version 6 ran fine. How can this be fixed?????

  Same here.  Runs fine on a Mac with 10.8.  On my windows 7 laptop  I get the panorama screen then it almost immediately closes and I get the message that the program has stopped working.

  ok for w7 support emailed me back and told me to download the sp1 update for w7. put that in rebooted and it runs fine now.

  Sadly, same problem here. Updated video driver and Win 7 SP1 installed. I have no idea what to do now.
