Mouse over information is not visible when white sky option is selected

I have tried all the font colours, but the mouse over information for an object does not showup when the white sky option is selected.  When an the mouse is over an object close to the horizon, the information over the horizon appears.  I have attached a black sky and white sky image for eta ceti near the horizon.  Version is pro 7.1.2.338 using Windows 8.1.

  Hi Al,

  What version are you running?  I find the text is readable on the white sky.
