Why does starry night stop working and not connect to the internet

I recently tried and windows 10 and then reverted to windows 7. Had to reload Starry Night CSAP. Now it keeps asking me to register and will not connect to the internet. Is there a fix from your end?

  Hi William,

  If you have re-installed Windows 7 you need to update the graphics card drivers.
