SkyFi Custom Cable Connection

I want to connect the skyfi box to the RS232 socket on my Meade LX200GPS directly using RJ11 connectors.

Using the female RJ11 socket on the skyfi box and the female RJ11socket on the Meade:

can I simply use a cable connecting 1 to 1 the pins on both RJ11 connectors ?!
