How To Connect An iOptron HAE29 + SkySafari 7 Pro On Android? (Answer: Read On!)

There is no connect between skysafari 7 pro and ioptron HAE29. Samsung Note 9, Android 9, commander lite is working. Firmware and apps are new

    Hi,
    Yes i tried this many times but its not working.
    The difference to the hem27 is the controller. Hae29 uses a go2nova
    8409v2 controller. This one is only for
    HEM15/HEM27/HEM44
    HAE29/HAE43
    HAZ31/HAZ46

    I hope there is a solution. Possible they uses a new protokoll for the v2

    If you want help from the community you need to provide a lot more info:

    1. Apps and versions
    2. OS
    3. Device makes and models
    4. SkySafari settings (screenshots)
    5. SkySafari error messages (screenshot)
    6. Scope and mount makes and models
    7. HC firmware version numbers
    8. Hardware setup (photos)
    9. Etc, etc.

    Otherwise, nobody can begin to help with troubleshooting.
