[IAPs]* Are The PGC And GAIA Extension Databases Deactivated At Startup Despite The Active Status?

After starting SS7 pro, stars are only shown down to 17.0mag and galaxies down to 18.0mag. In "In-App Downloads", both the "PGC Extension Database" and the "GAIA Extension Database" are shown as active. Deactivating them doesn't remove any objects. However, the objects in the extension databases are displayed after deactivating and then activating them again. Please fix so that the databases are actually activated by default.

I am running SS7 pro version 7.4.0.3 on Android 14 but this problem already existed with the previous version.

Edit: Someone else might have encountered the problem already in "Limiting Magnitude Gaia Extension Skysafari 7 pro?":

    Christoph,

Please create a short screen recording that shows the following...

the objects in the extension databases are displayed after deactivating and then activating them again

Please demonstrate the issue(s) as describe in your recording.

Share the recording with Dropbox, Google Drive or similar file sharing service.

This will be essential for developers.

    Thanks!

    Excellent video, thank you Christoph!

We'll have developers review what's going on here.

I think it was fixed in one of the recent updates, right now I can see stars down to 17 mag after startup, not 15 mag like in May. (Just realized the original post should read 15.0mag for stars, not 17.0mag like I wrote.)

For some reason the Galaxy extension database is deinstalled and can't be downloaded, though.
