SkySafari 7 StarSense Bullseye

I complained about this a few months ago. But now it’s getting worse. When connected to StarSense through SkySafari 7 pro, the bullseye that shows you where you are disappears at random intervals. It won’t return to normal unless the app is force closed and reconnected. I have seen a lot of StarSense users with the same issue. Can we please get an update to deal with this? I was part of the beta testers through test flight. The beta app was worse. It lost the bullseye twice as often and crashed twice as often.

    Tom,

    Please provide a screen recording of the issue as it is experience.

    In the recording include the following:

    • App and version
    • OS version
    • Mobile device info

    Share the screen recording via DropBox, Google Drive, iCloud, or similar.

    We never received any feedback from you about the issue after asking you to test the beta.

    Please let me know if you need any more or something different. When I was doing the beta I was reporting screenshots and everything else through TestFlight. I forgot that you guys wanted it in this forum. I can reproduce the issue almost instantly any time you want.

    And like I mentioned, I have to force quit the app and reconnect the StarSense preset to get things going properly again.
