When installing, it gets to the point where the program says "Configuring Windows Feature", mentioning it may take several minutes, but it never goes through.

Sorry, Starry Night is not supported on ARM architecture.

It *might* be possible to run SN8 using an emulator mode, but I have to real experience to say one way or the other.

I tried again, randomly today, and it worked without issues. I don't know what changed between today and the other day but I am happy now.
