    I'm using Starry Night Pro Plus version 8.1. I am talking about the SkyGuide window that is not loading.

    Simulation Curriculum administrators: Your AI auto-bot is apparently too dumb to know the difference between Starry Night and SkySafari, and the answers don’t even seem to be specific to either program. It even instructs the customer to “contact support”, which is what is being attempted!
    Please stop using it for customer support. Nobody wants this.
