I stumbled across NGC 2841 in my eyepiece last night and wasn't able to log it in Sky Safari. The galaxy's image is present, but there's no associated galaxy marker. In the search results, the only result is "NGC 2841 - HB89 0918+511 NED03", but this is listed as a mag 16.2 quasar and is not even coincident with the galaxy.

Jamie Andrews I was just about to post the same thing. It's the "Tiger's Eye Galaxy", and I was surprised that it wasn't being included in my Planner search. Then I saw that the magnitude listed in SS is much fainter than the true value for NGC 2841.
The database entry seems to be a mashup of different objects, though their catalogue designations are concatenated in the Name field rather than being listed as alternative references:
- NED03 is a galaxy, also known as NGC 4054
- HB89 is the twin quasar also known as Q0957+561
- 0918+511 seems to be another quasar reference, but I haven't found itObviously something strange happened when this object was loaded from the feeds.
