I purchased Skysafari 6 Pro for my Mac. I want to use it on my iPad as well. When I tried to download, the system did not recognize the email address I used to purchase Skysafari 6 Pro. I tried to communicate via chat, but all it did was say I need to contact customer service. I do not see anywhere on the skysafari site nor starrynight site any link to customer service. How do I use skysafari on my ipad without having to pay for the mobile version?

SkySafari 6 is a separate purchase for Mac and iPadOS.
With one purchase, SkySafari 7 can be installed on both Mac and iPadOS.
