Create Asterism Not Working and Asterisms Provided in App Neither Displaying nor Findable (e.g. Boorang or Oriental Moon Stations)

Greetings:
Per instructions on "Fun with Asterisms" I created a scaled down version of the Northern Cross. Please see my comments on the Smiley Face page for further detailed comments. At any rate, did not change anything in header. Changed only the <AsterismName> in footer and entered Star IDs (HIP#s per instructions). Created Asterism folder in App Data path and placed the text file in it. After restart(s), Asterism doesn't display in list below constellations as per instructions. Not findable by search but neither is Boorang nor the Oriental Moon Stations which also live in an Asterisms folder in the (other) Program Files path. (I placed a copy of my asterism there for good measure. ) Concern is 1. something wrong with my code? but mostly 2. Boorang and Oriental Moon Stations not displaying either. Please see attachments. (Also as someone coming over from the defunct Voyager software, does precession take place automatically? (It didn't in Voyager) and I work in 1578 AD or thereabouts a lot. Running Windows version in Windows 11. (FYI: I posted this to Support and have not received a response...

    Can someone please help with this? It's been months! Also, I suspect that some of the problem as regards the asterism I created is that I copied the code from the Fun with Asterisms page and doing so, copied Macintosh info for Version, Version SKU, and charset. In my case these should be for a Lenovo ThinkPad running Windows 11 Pro. Can anyone running Windows please let me know version, versionSKU and charset? That at least might get my own asterism displayed - though I still can't display those that are already in the star data...
