Just updated Sky Safari pro 7 to the latest version on android and on starting tells me I have to download about 1.9gb of data. It starts downloading but fails after about 75mb being downloaded. It gives me the option to retry but it always fails. It does say to go to the simulation curriculum website to manually download the files but I can't find any files for 7 pro anywhere on the website. Software is now unusable. I changed to the beta but still no joy. For info I have 23gb free space.

Ros Hartigan Thank you for the feedback. Can you please include more information so we can troubleshoot this?
- What device and version of Android you have?
- Include a screenshot of the downloading screen
- Attach a log file (Help/Scroll to the bottom/email log file)
