what kind of hardware do I need to control a F S 2 driven mount and where could I buy this hardware from.

Bill Tschumy I have never heard of the FS2 mount before. If you can give me a link to an instruction manual I might be able to figure out if we can control it.

Bill Tschumy I found a page on the manufacturer's site that indicates this controller works with SkySafari if you set the scope type to "Vixen Skysensor 2000". I can't really help you with the serial cable that you will need to go from something like out SkyFi 3 to the mount. You might need to get that cable from the manufacturer or see if the cable needed is the same as a more common mount type.
