SkySafari 3 | Upgrade Options

Hi,

I have Skysafari 3 - which I believe I'd upgraded to from an earlier version I bought years ago and recently discovered that it won't work with my iPhone X/iOS11.  It was always pretty cool to pull out the app and show friends what was going on up above.  I tried this recently, only to be shown an "the developer needs to update this app" message.  I've read some of your other commentary so understand that SF3 was 32bit and Apple have broken support for that now. 

I also read that you offered a discount on SF6 for a month or so when you released that.  That is the version that I'm looking at now (SF6 Plus) - it looks like I've missed the boat on that, is there any other upgrade option given I was happy with the features of SF3?  I think you - from time to time - have discount offers for your apps, waiting for one of those may be another option.  Being in Australia, that app is listed at $22.99 at present.

    We do have periodic sales of SkySafari.  I suspect that if you are willing to wait a couple of months we will have another (although maybe not quite as good as our introductory 50% off sale).

    If you go to www.skysafariastronomy.com and wait a few seconds, a popup will appear at the bottom allowing you to join our email list.  We should announce any sales on that.  We should also be announcing them on this forum under the Announcements sub-forum.
