Starry Night Pro Plus 7 | Crashes On Align To Gaze With Astrophysics GTO 900 Mount + Windows 7 + Ascom Driver

I have had Starry Night 7 installed for some time but have only just begun to connect it to my Astro-physics GTO900 mount. It synchronises correctly, superimposing the crosshair where the mount is pointing. Unfortunately when I try to use the program to tell the mount to move to a new target it crashes Starry Night - a big white circle appearing on screen - and the Ascom driver for the AP mount. When the driver is restarted it is not synchronised until the keypad is used to synchronise on a target. I am using Windows 7 Professional with the newest Ascom platform and AP Ascom driver installed.

    How are you aligning your AstroPhysics GTO 900 mount?

    What is the exact action (SN7 UI button) used to slew to a new target that causes the crash?

    After synchronizing does SN7 crash when:

    1. Right-clicking on an object and choosing "Slew To"?
    2. Moving the telescope UI control arrow buttons? 
    3. When using the telescope hand control buttons?

    Is there any action you can take in SN7 that does not cause the app to crash when moving to a new object?

    Please attach an image of the big white circle appearing on screen.

    We really need to discern whether the crashing is results from any action to slew to a new target, or only from a certain specific UI action, i.e. align on gaze.

    Please note:

    1. Ascom platform version.
    2. Ascom Astrophysics driver version - nd where you got this from.
