i purchased Sky Safari 4 Plus in 2016 via the Google Play Store. I installed the app in my phone and tablet. Fast forward to 2018: I recently obtained a new tablet and am in the course of installing my apps. After doing a search for Sky Safari 4 Plus, the app did not appear in the Google Play Store. It doesn't show up in my app library either but I do have the purchase receipt for proof of purchase. Is the app no longer available? Thanks in advance.

Rohan Baumann I have the same issue, trying to install Sky Safari 4 Plus onto a newly acquired phone but:
a) No longer available on the Google Play Store; and
b) Cannot "direct transfer" the app from the old phone to new phone using Samsung's Smart Switch.

Greg Andrews Hi Rohan...I was able to chat with a representative from the company. They were able to offer me an alternative program to use. My guess is Sky Safari 4+ has been discontinued.

We have just figured out how to restore the apps on Google Play without having to submit an update. All three SS4 apps should be available for download again. Sorry for the confusion.

Michael Stewart May 2020 it is not available on Google Play. I have the same problem - purchased May 2016 and now have a new device and cannot download it to my new device. Google just reports that 'this item isn't available'. Asked for a refund and Google said no. Back when I purchased it cost £12.64. I feel ripped off
