With SkySafari 6 Around The Corner What Are Your Recommendations For Android Tablets With Compass & Gyro?

I'm having trouble finding an Android tablet that has a compass and gyro sensors to be able to use full features of SS5.
I don't own any apple products and I'd like to keep it that way.

Does anyone have any recent experience with tablets (ideally available in Australian market) that work well and have these features?

Past experience with Android tablets has taught me that I'll be looking for a model with at least 3Gb memory and a microSD slot.

I'm currently looking at android tablets for ss6 when it comes out. It looks like the Samsung Galaxy tab S2 and S3 both have both sensors.

I've been using a Google Pixel C, now on Android 8.1, for over 2 years and Sky Safari has been flawless.

The Pixel C is no longer available, right? It's too bad that good Android tablets are getting harder and harder to find.

It's no longer available on the official play store sight, however they can be found.

Thanks folks; I'll stick my Lenovo Tab 3 8" for now (without compass/gyro) - I don't really want to have to buy a flagship device to use while observing. I'm hoping the lower price of the entry level ipad 6th gen helps stimulate some competition from Samsung who seem to be the only ones making android tablets at present with full features.

I bought an inexpensive (c. US$50) 8 inch tablet on AliExpress that has a compass and appears to enable full Sky Safari functionality. A compass isn't specified in the online specs but the compass function of Sky Safari works so it must have one I assume. It has only 1GB of RAM and is only running Android 5.1, but I'm quite happy with it as a dedicated Sky Safari device (apart that is from a weak battery which means I run it connected to a powerbank). The 1280 x 800 resolution is fine for me on an 8 inch screen. So no need for a flagship tablet imho.
