Orange screen when using a mouse

I have Galaxy Tab S3 with SkySafari Pro 5. I need to use a mouse, but when I click on the left button to drag the screen, the screen turns orange. When I unclick it, you can see the movement. The screen also turns orange when I use my fingers to move or zoom the screen. When I turn the mouse off it returns to normal. It just started doing this. Do you have any thoughts about what it could be?

  Bill,

  How are you, it’s been a while.  Well, I have some good news, I just downloaded and installed the October Android update and the issue seems to have been resolved, the orange screen does not appear when I click the mouse.  Suffice to say, I have shut down all automatic updates.

  Thanks again.  Good news, you don’t have to hire that Android developer!😀
