Skyguide Opens In New Web Browser Window Instead Of In Starry Night On Mac OS X Mojave (macOS 10.14)

This will be fixed in a future update.  College students may submit a ticket and request to us SNWeb College Edition instead.

    Just wondering if the fix for broken Starry Night is coming for  Mojave. I thought the fix would have been available last week. Is there a time frame for the release?

    I realize that the patch for Mojave may have turned out to be a more difficult coding job than you originally anticipated.  However, could you try to give a more realistic estimate of when it might be released. It is already past the posted ETA.

    Hello,

     

    Still waiting on the Skyguide fix for Starry Night Pro 7. It has been almost a month. I am sure you are trying to do a good job on getting the software right. I am also hoping that Starry Night Pro 7 will support Dark Mode in MAC OSX Mojave.

    Can you please give a reasonable date for the release of the update of Starry Night Pro 7?

    Hi Andre, 

    Unfortunately, we found other issues with SN7 on Mojave.  Good news is we might have everything fixed and an update released later today.

    This update took too long.  But, we want it to be solid.

    Download and test Pro Plus - 7.6.4.1464 and post your feedback in the forum linked above.

    Otherwise, just hang in a little longer.  The public SN7 update is around the corner.

    Well, there is really nothing any of us can do but wait.  (I assume this "update" will work for SN Pro Plus 7) Really!  Now you want us to be Beta testers.  LOL  I will certainly be looking forward to the update.  In the meantime, I have no intention of buying any more of your products. You might have been wiser to have given a more realistic release date early on, rather than lead us to believe the update was coming soon.
