Sky Week not working

Hi all,
I just purchased Skysafari 6 Pro and when I select Sky Week the screen is blank except for an android character in the upper left corner. How can I correct this?

    Dave,

    Sorry you are having a problem.  

    First, I should mention that this is posted in the wrong forum.  Your's in not a "Feature Request" but a bug report.  I can move it to the appropriate forum after you tell me what platform you are on (iOS or Android).

    I am not seeing this now.  On both iOS and Android it is successfully downloading the SkyWeek data.  This data is generated by Sky & Telescope and comes from their servers.  It is possible there was a temporary glitch on their end.  Are you still seeing it?

    You could also try rebooting your device to see if that clears up the problem.

    Thanks Bill. Sorry not successful in navigating finding featured requests. I have a new Android Samsung Galaxy S9+ Rebooting doesn't work unfortunately. If you would forward for me I would appreciate it. Thanks, Dave

    Do other features that use internet work for you?  For example "Help > Local Astronomy Events" or maybe something from "Help > Links"?

    I'm kind of mystified by this.  I just tried it on two of my Android devices and had no problems getting SkyWeek to work.  Are you running any sort of special firewall or security software that might be blocking things?

    What Android version are you running?

    Actually bill I was able this morning to post on the android bug forum but then later for whatever reason sky week is working properly now as are all the features so far so I appreciate the response looking forward to using Sky safari thank you for your response, not really sure how to close out the ticket on the android bug forum though

    You don't really need to "closed" posting to the forums.  I can just mark it "completed".
