I have a new android Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and Sky safari Pro 5 failed to open for the first time. Phone restart did not help. Disappointing. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Chris Hey Richard, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the play store? Also, what version of Android are you running?
