On my motorola g6 running Android 8.0.0, SS6 Pro takes 16-18 seconds before the star field is visible. When the app is first started the logo comes on after 2 seconds, it stays on for 6 seconds, then the screen goes blank until 16 to 18 seconds have elapsed and then the star-filled is visible. This delay occurs whether the app is started from a clean restart or not. Also, this is my only app that has such a lengthy delay before you get to the main screen. Some of my associates who also use SS 6 Pro have complained about a similar delay with their Android smartphones.
