Unable to Download Starry Night 7

 Recently purchased a Celestron Powerseeker 127eq  which included in it a free version of Starry Night. 

I registered on the website and I then received an email with my username and Registration Number . 

Perfect.

At the bottom of the email there is a link to download Starry Night Celestron 7 for Windows. 

This link is broken, it spins and spins but never loads an actual web page. Any clues as to why this is happening?

  Ignore this post.

  After trying a few times it finally started downloading the application. Not sure what happened but the first 10 times or so I tried it just crapped out. Finally after giving it a shot immediately after posting this issue. The download started. Don't you just love it, when issues just sort of fix themselves.
