How Come When SkySafari 6 Pro Is Connected To My Celestron AstroFi Scope I Do Not See Any Control Buttons? (Answer: Tilt-To-Slew Is Enabled, Change This In The Settings > Scope Setup)

Hi when I connect my Celestron Astro Fi scope to Sky Portal I can align and I have the icons to slew the telescope etc.

When I try in Sky Safari the scope connects but I have no icons to slew the scope with, just a very small box to the right middle of the screen. When I press this it just highlites and that is it.

I cannot control the scope through Sky Safari.

Can anyone help

  Hi Lee, 

  SkySafari 6 Pro on iOS has a Tilt-To-Slew option, and when that is enabled that "very small box to the right middle of the screen" is what you would see for scope control - it means, tilt-to-slew is enabled.  You can change this option in the Settings > Scope Setup.
