[Bug]* Cannot Set Slew Limit In Starry Night 8

I have not been able to edit slew limits.

The box is not grayed.

The cursor goes to the first position but when I enter a new number it immediately erases what I just entered and goes back to the default. It also will not allow me to select a digit to edit or make any changes at all. It immediately restores the default and puts the cursor back in the first position.

  Sorry- system information somehow got edited out.

  Laptop is a Dell Inspiron5570

  Windows 10 Home Version 1803

  I did get a video capture showing the behavior but the file is too large to upload.

  What scope are you connected to?  What Ascom driver is installed?
